Shipping issues:
If your found the goods demaged when you get it, please do not sign for it. Contact us immediately for further investigations.
Quality Issues:
If the goods have quality defects or any other quality problems which is not caused by any improper usages of any kind, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a free repair/exchange/refund.
Dissatisfaction:
If you simply do not like it, contact us immediately for an exchange/refund.
Under any circumstances, you need to return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days from receipt for a full refund (there is NO restocking fee) or an exchange. Regarding the shipping charge, regardless which country you are in, the shipping charge from you to us averages about $20 for the first bag, and $10 for each additional bag. You must send your returned package via courier of your choice at your own expense to us and provide us with a tracking number in order for an exchange/refund to be issued. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. In case of refund being applied, upon receipt and acceptance of your return, handbags-style.com will refund your purchase price in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and it may take up to 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the goods to show up on your credit card statement.
